The following options are available: Option 1: Reporting Neglect or Abuse (These calls are routed directly to the MUI Dept.) Direct Billing Agents - This is a list of agents who meet the technical specifications to direct entry bill claims on behalf of Medicaid service providers. Many of the agents also have billing software that providers may purchase. The list is not exhaustive; there may be other agents that meet the technical specifications required or have billing software available.
