Services for People with Developmental DisabilitiesIndividuals with disabilities may obtain their services directly from board operated programs/services or, using Triple I, adults may take their individual budget and purchase services from the provider of their choice. Community Living Services, provides path coordination services and acts as a single point of contact. Each individual is assigned a Path Coordinator (SSA) who oversees the development and implementation of services. Adult Services may include: Habilitation Services Social, leisure and recreational activities that enhance an individual’s quality of life, and are provided in a variety of settings. These activities may include:
Vocational Habilitation/Employment Service Services designed to teach and reinforce habilitation concepts related to work including responsibility, attendance, task completion, problem solving, social interaction, motor skill development, and safety.
Organizational and Community Employment Full-time or part-time individual and group employment opportunities.

Click here to get started Help Me Grow (birth to 3 yrs old) Help Me Grow is a program for Ohio’s expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers that provides health and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn. Clark County's Early Intervention is a partner with Help Me Grow to provide these services. Transportation services encompasses everything from county board operated busses and vans to WorkPlus transportation, SCAT, and privately owned vehicles. Families may elect to use their Triple I funding as a mechanism to access transportation that best meets their needs. Path coordinators can help assist you with Triple I if interested. Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded An Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR) is a facility licensed to provide 24 hour care for individuals with developmental disabilities. You can contact these provider directly if you are interested in services or if you are a resident of Clark County, you can contact your Path Coordinator for assistance. The Quality Support & Safety Department is responsible for the review and reporting of alleged abuse or neglect, major unusual or unusual incidents (MUI/UI), and protecting the rights of people served. The Quality Assurance unit ensures individuals are satisfied with program outcomes and that their health and safety are protected.
